Deutsche Asset Management and its exchange-traded funds (ETFs) took a number of awards at the latest Global ETF Awards event in New York, including the award for the most recognized ETF brand in Europe, and the most informative ETF website in Europe.
The awards were given for outstanding achievements in 2015 and were based on over 990 votes collected from across the ETF industry. Respondents included product issuers, stock exchanges, index providers, market-makers, buy-side firms and academics, while certain categories were awarded on the basis of statistical analysis.
The list of awards won by Deutsche Asset Management/Xtrackers comprises the following:
- Most Recognized ETF Brand, Europe - Xtrackers
- Most Informative ETF Website, Europe - etf.deutscheam.com
- Most Innovative ETF, Americas - Deutsche X-trackers Investment Grade Bond-Interest Rate Hedged ETF
- Most Innovative ETF, Europe - db x-trackers II Harvest CSI China Sovereign Bond UCITS ETF
- The ETF that raised the most assets in 2015(%), Europe - db x-trackers MSCI EMU Index UCITS ETF (DR) 1D
The annual Global ETF Awards are hosted by Exchangetradedfunds.com, with awards decided on the basis either of votes from industry participants or market data (awards for most assets raised).
