The Bloomberg Euro Corporate Bond Index aims to reflect the performance of EUR-denominated corporate bonds. The index only tracks investment grade bonds with maturities of at least 1 year (minimum outstanding amount of EUR 300 million per bond).
The Euro Corporate Bond Index contains fixed-income, euro-denominated bonds from issuers in the industrial, utilities and financial sectors. The Bloomberg USD Liquid Investment Grade Corporate Index aims to reflect the performance of USD-denominated corporate bonds. The index includes only investment grade bonds with maturities of at least 3 years - currency hedged EUR share classes are also available. The minimum outstanding amount is USD 750 million per bond and USD 2 billion per issuer.
Bonds based on the Bloomberg USD Liquid Investment Grade Corporate Index are liquid investments that can comparatively easily be converted into cash without having a material impact on its value. The Markit iBoxx EUR Liquid High Yield Index aims to reflect the performance of EUR-denominated high yield corporate bonds with maturities of at least 2 years for new entries and a maximum original time to maturity of 10.5 years. The minimum outstanding amount is EUR 250 million per bond.
