These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and the use of the websites including sub-websites (together “Websites”) operated by the affiliated entity or entities as identified in the respective imprints (hereinafter “DWS”).

Individual persons who visit the Websites (“Users”) are granted a right of use in accordance with these Terms. Users undertake to comply with the Terms. By using the Websites, Users accept and agree to the Terms. Users who do not accept and agree to these Terms may not use the Websites.

4.1
These Terms govern the use of these Websites. Products and services provided by a company of the DWS Group may also in addition be subject to their own terms and conditions and certain Websites may be subject to specific terms of use (e.g. country or sector) as well as selling restrictions (together “Additional Terms”). Users may therefore be asked to accept Additional Terms when accessing specific sub-Websites.

If and to the extent that the Additional Terms or other more specific terms of use conflict with these Terms, then the Additional Terms or the other more specific terms of use will prevail.
4.3
The User must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. The User must not (attempt to) gain unauthorized access to the Websites, the server on which DWS Websites are stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. The User must not attack the Websites via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, the User may commit a criminal offence under applicable law. DWS may report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing the respective User’s identity to them. In the event of such a breach, the User’s right to use the Websites will cease immediately.

The Website is intended for use only by those who are 18 years of age or older.

This website contains data, content and information of all kinds that are protected by trademark and/or copyright in favor of DWS entities or in individual cases also in favor of third parties. The entity named in the imprint is the owner of the rights of use and exploitation of the design of the respective website. It is therefore not permitted to download, reproduce and/or distribute the website in whole or in part or the material on this website without the prior written consent of DWS other than what is permitted by law”.

No reliance should be placed on this information in any decision to enter into a contract. Instead, Users must carefully review the service or product specific information provided separately in the context of a planned transaction.

DWS entities shall be not liable for any claim, liabilities, losses, costs or damages under any legal or equitable theory, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise as the result of the Websites or information provided through the Websites. This provision shall not limit any claim the User may be able to make under any Additional Terms or based on contract concluded with DWS. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, or gross negligence, or personal injury or death caused by negligence. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability where limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.
7.3
Where the Websites contain links to other websites, services and/or resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for the User’s information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by any DWS entities of those linked Websites or information the User may obtain from them. DWS Group has no control over the contents of those websites, services or resources.
7.4
The information on the Websites does not constitute investment or other advice. Nor does it constitute an offer, and no contractual obligation arises between the respective DWS entity and the User in respect of financial services provided by the DWS entity in question.

For legal reasons, access to some of the Websites may be restricted due to regulatory restrictions.

DWS Group cannot guarantee that the Websites will be secure or free from defects, software errors or viruses. The User is responsible for configuring his/her information technology, computer programs and platform to access the Websites. DWS strongly recommends that the User owns and uses an effective virus protection software.

DWS reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time.
8.2
DWS will post any modified or updated Terms on the Websites. Users should check regularly for any changes.
9.1
DWS may update and change the Websites from time to time. This may be a consequence of regulatory/supervisory publication requirements. Other than required by applicable law, we have no duty to do so. DWS reserves the right to partly or completely change the Websites at any time and to restrict, interrupt or terminate its service and access to the Websites without prior notice.
9.2
DWS does not guarantee that access to the Websites will be uninterrupted or, unless required by law, will always be available. DWS may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Websites for business and operational reasons.
