Diese Bedingungen stellen die Grundlage dar, nach denen eine DWS-Einheit einem Intermediär erlaubt, Kunden ein DWS-Produkt anzubieten. Ein Intermediär, der seinen Kunden ein DWS-Produkt anbietet, einem Kunden ein DWS-Produkt vorstellt oder anderweitig einer DWS-Produktemittentin Geschäfte im Auftrag eines Kunden zukommen lässt, oder eine Zahlung von einer DWS-Einheit in Bezug auf ein DWS-Produkt annimmt (ob für bestehende oder neue Geschäfte und dort, wo die geltenden Gesetze und Regeln dies zulassen), akzeptiert diese Bedingungen stillschweigend, wenn er solche Handlungen durchführt.
